Consolidated Services offers a wide range of technologies to enhance horizontal completions for maximum flexibility in selecting the optimal multistage fracturing method.

Since 2018, Consolidated Services has been carrying out projects for well completions with further implementation of multi-stage hydraulic fracturing using Plug & Perf technology on a wireline.

The cornerstone of the Peak Completions Predator™ openhole fracturing system is the Predator™ isolation packer. Engineered with a dual element seal for efficient zonal isolation in horizontal and vertical wells, the packer has proven itself to hold high differential pressure ratings of up to 14,000 psi and comes with a 350°F temperature rating.

Unique in its class, the Predator™ packer incorporates a dual anti-preset feature that prevents premature setting while running-in-hole, enhancing operational reliability. Well completion time is greatly decreased with the ability to install and set multiple isolation packers in a single trip.

The tool's short length and small OD enable installation in complex well geometries and increase running performance in horizontal wellbores. Its flexible design allows for adjustment of operating pressures according to local well conditions.

Peak offers a wide selection of frac sleeves to combine with the Predator™ packer for more reliable and efficient multistage stimulation treatments. The packer's backup shear release enables it to be fully retrieved, depending on the application, making the tool an ideal solution for acidizing and sand frac restimulation jobs.

Impact™

The Impact™ Sleeve is one of the latest technologies from Peak Completions, specifically designed for extended-reach, horizontal wellbores that require multistage fracturing. The sleeve is run with the Predator™ or SwellShark™ openhole fracturing system and increases the number of independently treated stages from 24 to 45 stages in 4.5" production liners and from 31 to 61 stages in 5.5" production liners.

The Impact™ Sleeve enables increased number of stages over conventional methods -- one ball size opens two stages and treats them independently. The sleeve features a patent pending tool design that ensures flowback of all zones without the need for mill out.

The Impact™ Sleeve has a standard rating of 10,000 psi and 350°F and is also available in high-pressure, high-temperature (HPHT) configurations. For wells with lower stage requirements, the Impact™ provides an increased minimum ID, reducing friction and allowing higher fracturing rates toward the toe of the well through the added flexibility of seat sizing.

The sleeve can be run in conjunction with several of Peak's cutting edge technologies including the Predator™ dual element packer, the SwellShark™ swellable packer, and the F1 Fantom® dissolvable ball.

IsoPort CS™

The Peak Completions IsoPort CS™ provides wellbore control in remedial operations by offering zonal shutoff. The system maintains the operational simplicity, time and cost savings of ball drop methods.

Each sleeve is initially opened utilizing Peak's proven ball and seat technology that allows multiple stages to be treated with a continuous pumping time. After all sleeves are shifted open, seats can be milled out to allow for zones to be closed or re-opened utilizing one of Peak's advanced shifting tool options which are suited for various applications.

The IsoPort CS™ provides a more efficient system for production and completion processes by eliminating profile erosion during high frac rate treatments. The tool is drillable in the closed and open position and has an internal lock system to prevent spinning during mill out.

The IsoPort CS™ provides operators with the ability to maximize reservoir recovery by shutting off zones that are producing excess water or unwanted gas. It is an ideal solution for reaching production with less time, money, and resources. Additionally, it can be combined with a variety of Peak technologies including the rigless toe initiation sleeve and the F1 Fantom® dissolvable ball.

StrataPort™

Years of extensive research, design evolution, and operational history have made the StrataPort™ the industry's premium ball-actuated frac sleeve. Currently in its third generation, the StrataPort™ incorporates the latest technological advancements in frac sleeve design, resulting in superior reliability and unmatched performance.

The StrataPort™ features a proprietary ball seat design which can withstand the erosion and tortuosity of high rate fracture treatments. The internal design ensures that maximum ID is maintained after drill out, which can be performed whether the sleeve is in the open or closed position. The proprietary integral locking system guarantees that the tool cannot close during the production phase, thus maximizing production.

The StrataPort™ is run as part of the Predator™ openhole frac system in horizontal and vertical wells and allows for up to 24 stages to be fractured continuously in 4.5" completion casing. The system is rated to 350ºF [177°C] and 10,000 psi [69 MPa] differential pressure and is available in HPHT configurations.

SuperPort™

The SuperPort™ is a ball actuated frac sleeve that offers a reduction in ball seat increments. The added seat and ball sizes allow operators to either increase their stage count or to run the same number of stages at a larger ball seat inside diameter. The advanced seats are precision engineered to provide high reliability and allow for more economical ball materials to be used.

The SuperPort™ comes with a standard 10,000 psi differential rating, while the HPHT version is capable of withstanding differential pressures of 15,000 psi. The SuperPort™ can be designed for several different applications, including both openhole and cemented multistage completions. In openhole applications, Peak offers several mechanical and swellable packer options. In cemented applications, the first stage is initiated with precision burst disk technology, resulting in a completely rigless system.

The SuperPort™ allows for a continuous pumping operation for the stimulation treatment, eliminating down time between stages. A 30-stage system can save the operator up to 12 days of completion time compared to the plug-and-perf method. In addition, the system provides a significant reduction in water requirements, equipment on location, and operational risks.

Peak Completions designed the SuperPort™ as a flexible solution to several operator needs that are applicable in unconventional plays such as the Bakken, Bonesprings, Cline, Eagle Ford, and Utica. The system offers maximized stimulated reservoir volume through increased stage counts and pump rates while minimizing the cost and time resulting in efficient, effective completion operations.

Slimhole Set-A-Seat™

The Slimhole Set-A-Seat™ is a revolutionary pump-down baffle that leaves the largest ID possible in the casing for optimum flowback. Unlike a standard Set-A-Seat™, the Slimhole version covers a range of casing weights and its reduced OD allows for more flexible installation and better tool diameter to inner casing diameter clearance. Still offering the largest ID available in a fully drillable package, the Slimhole Set-A-Seat™ is truly a game changer.

The tool is used with Peak's proprietary line of Fantom® dissolvable frac balls and eliminates the need to mill out after treatment. The Slimhole Set-A-Seat™ allows a minimally restricted flowback ofthe reservoir and wellbore, as well as full 10,000 psidifferential between stages.

The Slimhole Set-A-Seat™ isolates the stage above it by using a large OD dissolvable frac ball placed where the conventional composite plug would normally be. Once the ball is dissolved, the tapered front and back ends allow for conventional coiled tubing clean out tools to be run in and out of the tool without fear of hanging up or having to switch to slim hole BHA configurations.

The tool is made out of the same drillable, erosion-resistant material as our frac seats. This gives operators the opportunity to mill out if necessary since it is completely drillable and contains less than 35% of the material by volume compared to a conventional composite plug - 10 lbs of iron, compared to 24 lbs of composite by weight for 5.5" tools.
